Chicken with Ginger and Spring Onion + Chinese Dry Fry Long Bean

Nick worked the magic wok tonight again and served up Chinese Dry Fry Long Bean. He also made Chicken with Ginger and Spring onion. Both were extremely easy recipes. The chicken was very flavourful and simple. We love the taste of ginger and spring onion together. It works so well with chicken and also steamed fish.

On a separate but related note, I would suggest all of you to take advantage of Jamie Oliver's free Ministry of Food iTunes download. Since we have been without cable TV, this has been a great Food Network fix. Jamie's pink shirt is also super cute in the videos.
