Smoke Salmon and Salsa Verde Salad

Hmmm... super lazy so on Sunday, we picked up a pack of smoked salmon from Loblaws. Since we were super full from hot pot the night before, I just made a quick salad using the Salsa Verde dressing recipe used before and added it to romaine lettuce, corn, and alfalfa sprouts. Topped with the smoked salmon, it was a light and easy Sunday lunch. The smoked salmon was very yummy and for 6 bucks, it was a definitely a yummy and inexpensive way to spice up a salad.
