Pho Hung

Anyone that knows me knows that I have a regular craving for soup noodles. I'm not a big fan of carbs but who can turn down a a big bowl of slurpy noodles sitting in yummy broth that is just made to al dente perfection? I certainly cannot. And with all the extra sauces you can squirt on, I'm even more of a happy camper. Pho Hung, as I have blogged about before, is my favourite pho place in Toronto. I ordered my usual Special Beef Noodles with Sate Sauce. It has rare beef, beef balls, tripe, brisket and tendons swimming inside. We also ordered a side of deep fried spring rolls. It really is the perfect meal after a workout but will Nick let me have it again this weekend? ....hmm. If you want something that hits the spot, pho is definitely it.

  2. I will need to try Manpuku soon. I wanted to try it on Sunday but they are by appointment only??! Never heard of that for a noodle place.
