Finally got our lives semi back in order but Nacho is still in sunny Thornhill with Nick's parents. But with studies, there will be no blog posts. But no matter what, we still have to figure out what to eat for dinner. So far, Monday has been good. We never say no to sausage pasta, especially when it is spicy Italian ones. There is even enough leftover to pack for the both of us and the son. We will see how the rest of the week pans out.
