Barbecued Pigeons 紅燒乳鴿

My sister demonstrating how to properly eat pigeons in Shenzhen.

1) Order pigeons whole. Cut up pigeon means you have failed!

2) Attempt to take it down in one bite. Even if it doesn't work, at least you gave it effort!

3) Because you know pigeon, attack the best part..the head (As a kid, somehow I decided that tasted really good..especially the brain. But I don't do this anymore)
