Roasted Curried Cauliflower

This cauliflower dish comes from A.O.C. in Santa Monica, CA. The curry flavours were very fragrant and it gave life to otherwise ordinary cauliflower. I never bought this vegetable to cook before, even though it is rather common, so this will surely make me think of buying it again next time we are at the supermarket. Another item from the Food Share used and not wasted. Success!
