Roasted Red Pepper Tapenade

This was made with red bell peppers, sweet Cherry peppers, and surprisingly, pistachios. I used an Epicurious recipe while substituting the chipotle chilies for sweet cherry peppers and tripling the quantities. Now that all the peppers are used, I can no longer pretend I am the Iron Chef Chairman. Sadness.
