Every room is equipped with a fire place, heated bathroom floors and warm modern details. TV is one thing you won't find here but we were definitely well entertained. The trapezoidal communal fire pit gave way to great conversations with fellow travelers, sipping of wine and yuzu sake coolers, and eating of one too many smores. The general store just beside Glen Oaks made it super easy for us to pick up camp fire necessities. The owners always came to check up on us to make sure everyone had what they needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone heading out to the Big Sur.
P.S. I also love all the succulents planted in the grounds of Glen Oaks. Those little guys just melt my heart with their beauty, architectural quality, and colour.
