Pan-Sauteed Quebec Moulard Duck Breast

I seriously cannot get enough of duck. I just followed a few quick instructions from Chow and this became the protein contingent in our dinner salad. The salad was just mixed greens with raspberries, dried cherries and pecans with a balsamic dressing. Everything took less than 20 minutes to prepare. I love quickies.
