Jamie's Spaghetti Tetrazzini

I made Jamie Oliver's Spaghetti Tetrazzini for ourselves and M+R. It was an extremely filling dish especially for people like us that don't like to indulge in too much carbs. The amount of cream and cheese in here probably make you think your heart would stop but of course, it tasted good. I just wished I had turn on the broil setting or put the pasta on a higher level in the oven. That way, the crust would have been crispier. I also had to look up how to clean mushrooms online. I ended up just wiping it with a damp paper towel because you are not suppose to rinse mushrooms as they soak up too much water.
