Filet Mignon on a Tuesday..Yup, that's how we roll

Jamie Oliver's Grilled Filet Mignon with Horseradish Sauce and Best Ever French Beans on a Tuesday night. Possibly a little heavy, but who's counting calories? I want to note that these are the first Jamie Oliver recipes that I cannot find online, neither the beef or the beans. So strange and I am too lazy to write out the recipe. Anyway, soooo yummy and I will tell you why. The filet mignon, already an excellent and most tender cut, was seasoned with finely chopped rosemary, salt and pepper, and rubbed with garlic while grilled. You dip that buttery goodness in the creamy horseradish sauce made with sour cream, lemon, horseradish, salt and pepper. Pure gluttony. The beans were cooked in garlic olive oil, lemon juice, and around 1.5 cups of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Come on, any vegetable cooked that way is bound to taste super yummy. Maybe Nick would even eat eggplant if I started to cook it like that. Or maybe not.
